Our first release from our book will be published in Early 2026. The working title will be Chaos Unity Chronicles: An Origin Story. Parts of the book and other information will be released regularly. Our team has decided to limit the full release before the full book is published, so this will give you an idea of what may come.

BUZZ! RING! RING! BUZZ…

What is that awful noise?... Ji-Hyun thinks in her mind as she slowly returns to reality. She looks over to her assistant Nar Zani, one of the most advanced Synths yet, but it is still very evident she is a Synth and not a Shylzani. The Bam'e still creeps me out, and I keep dreaming about all that has happened. She lived on Shylzan fourteen days ago, waiting to board the ship to Unity Star. Her mother explained that she and my father would come later, but she has begun to doubt that. She wonders how much her mother told her, so she would not worry. Today, she will meet with those tasked to oversee the colonizing and terraforming of new worlds. “Zani, Coffee and Energy bar.” She resisted saying please, as she has been frequently reminded that Zani is a machine. Kang says, “Do you say please to a toaster or please to the lights in your room to turn them off?” Ji-Hyun usually just nods and gives him a slight smile.

A few minutes later, Ji-Hyun finally gets out of bed when she hears, “Young Lady Lee, here is your coffee and energy bar.” “Thank you, Zani.” she responds, “You're most welcome, Young Lady.” She chuckles to herself, remembering again what Kang has said about Zani and the other Synths.

Sitting at my writing desk, she sips on her coffee while taking small bites of the energy bar. Pulling her tablet out of the drawer, she begins viewing the news and her schedule for the day. At 11:00 am, she will be meeting with Admiral JD Verne and the world colonizing and terraforming council. Her interest has been more in learning medical skills and cybernetics than terraforming, so she searches on her tablet to learn more about terraforming. Quickly finds an article about the Myths of Terraforming planets. This caught her eye because she recently heard two people debating whether a planet could be terraformed. One was saying that a planet could not be made habitable because it did not have a close enough heat source. The other said any planet can be made habitable. The article listed one myth: all planets can be terraformed to enable Shylzani to live there. A few pages in the article provided more details on why it was a myth. One of the main reasons was that unless a planet has significant heating nearby, it would be cost- and technologically prohibitive to maintain. Another reason was that if the planet were overly toxic to Shylzani, it would cost too much to change the atmosphere. So, most of the time, the terraforming engineers look for planets that take little terraforming to make them habitable.

After about 15 minutes my attention is drawn elsewhere. My assistant reminds me she needs updates. I will need to take her to the NARI station in the decks below to be connected to the computer system known as the HIVE (High Intelligence Vespiary Esprit).

On the far side of the same level Kim, Kang-Dae begins to wake up. He immediately says, “Toaster what is on my agenda?” Toaster is the name he gave to his NARI aid. He wondered if it would be more uncomfortable, having a NARI that appears to be female or male. Sometimes he did feel it was weird to have a female sitting across the room not moving at all while he slept or even when he was changing clothes. So, calling her Toaster helps to alleviate the uncomfortable feelings. As Kang begins to get ready for the day, he listens to Toaster reciting his agenda.

At that Kang says, "Toaster that is enough." Toaster responds, "Yes, Young Master Kang." Then Toaster goes back to silently sitting in the corner of the room.

Unity Star begins to come alive as the night shift is being relieved with the day shift workers. Many are talking about the events at the Chaotics Club. Some are talking about the latest news on the colonization progress. Some of the leaders of the station are whispering about the young leaders who arrived just 14 days ago and are finally being introduced. They all come from the most prominent families of Aerok and Ailartsua. The only countries that remained intact on Shylzan during the Great Global Conflict.

Admiral Verne begins reviewing the Dossiers of the selected leaders of newly colonized worlds.

The Leaders of Cyhnon include the chosen from the most powerful clans.

1. Lee Clan, Dr. Lee Ji-Hyun. She is one of the brightest members of the Shylzani people. Will be the leader of the Corporations of Cyhnon. First Daughter of the Lee Family. Heir to lead the Clan. Future CEO of the XMC Corp. Trained in Cybernetic surgery, AI programing, and Myeong Gai/ Sung Gai follower.

2. Ho Clan, Ho Ji-Han. He is an excellent military strategist yet tested in real combat. Son of Captain in the Shylzan space corps that served under Admiral JD Verne.

3. Aria Verne, Granddaughter of Admiral JD Verne. Graduated from the Ailartsua naval academy. Expected to command a military force of 250,000 from the prepared population of the Cyhnonians.

4. Alki Clan. Wilen Alki, an exceptional farmer, will lead the farming on Cyhnon. Expected to have a ready workforce of over 200,000.

5. Other leaders of Cyhnon are from the Clans of the Kim’s, Park, Sung, Seon, Jeong, Myeong, and Cha.

The Leaders of Roadie 5 include the chosen leaders of these clans. >> Note this section will be expanded on to provide more information on the leaders <<

1. Choi, Mae-Seon. First Daughter of the Choi clan. Rival of the Lee Clan. Agreed to separate in the new worlds when offered Roadie 5, which would very limit the Lee family's presence.

2. Jax, Talon Jax, daughter of Tahnee Jax. Spent two years in the Wilds of Ailartsua learning the ways of Mystics.

3. Sholakh, Jason, Son of Jason Sholakh Senior. Spent two years in the Wilds with Talon Jax learning to track and to learn survival skills. Jason’s Father is an Oil and Gas Baron. Jason Sholakh Junior was chosen to continue the Sholakh line in the new world.

4. Kim, Kang-Dae, the First Son of Kim Clan, suspected to be heir to the throne of the Bam’e Dangeon.

5. Sung Ha-suni. Great-granddaughter of Jenai Mai Sung, the founder of the Sung Gai order.

6. Jeems, Maggie. Ship Captain of the J.M. Sung. Selected by the Clans Lee, Kim and Verne clans and approved by Sung Ha-Suni

7. Maak, T Kye (TK), Expert Agriculture Scientist. The Maak Family ran the largest farm on Shylzan. TK was the prodigy of his uncle Gil Maak, who increased farming production tenfold. He will lead the farming on Cyhnon and provide advisory services for Roadie 5.

Admiral Verne was not expecting Ho Min-je to be assigned such a high position. He was familiar with his Father, who was a very good battle strategist, but he did not think his son had the stature to become one of the top leaders. Since he would be working closely with Aria Verne, the admiral knew he would need to warn his Granddaughter.

The new leaders of the colonies began showing up for breakfast with their NARI Synths at their sides, except for Kang-Dae, who immediately commented to the others, “I see all have brought their toasters; I left mine back in my room unplugged to prevent causing any fires.” Ji-Hyun looked at Kang with a disapproving smirk, then over at MS Choi, saying, “Kang can be so annoying, don’t you think?” MS Choi smiles but says, “But he is so attractive, I can overlook his comments, but I think he is trying to get an reaction out of us, just for his amusement.” Kang responds, “Yes, that may be true. You know Ji-Hun is so cute when she gives me that look, and she rolls her eyes.”
